MESPAS offers global notifications ball_A_t that can be activated or not ball_B_t.

There are two different kinds of notifications : Notifications & Alerts ball_C_t.

•An alert refers to an exceptional situation that requires attention and has to be acknowledged by one user. A history of all alerts (including the user who acknowledged the alert) is kept by the system in the section "Settings" > "Alerts history".

•A notification informs a user about an event happened and is needed to continue timely in a specific work flow. One example is the notification about a new invoice that was added by the supplier to the MESPAS SBM system ball_D_t. The user is informed and can react immediately to verify the invoice data and to approve it.

To define a new alerting or notification definition click on "Add". You may also select and edit  or delete an existing notification.
