Go to "Operations" > "Noon report".

To add noon report data for a new date, click "Add new date" ball_A_t.

Enter the new date, time and timezone and click "OK" ball_B_t.

warning

A new date has always to be between the last noon report date and today. Once today's data is entered, it is not possible anymore to enter yesterdays noon report.

Enter the new data in the new date column.

To duplicate the noon report date of the last existing noon report, click "Duplicate Date". This function is used if you cross the Pacific date line and you have to submit two noon reports with the same date.

To use the noon report data of the last date submitted as a basis for the new noon report data, click "Copy previous data" ball_C_t.

There may be noon report fields marked by the office as mandatory with an asterisk (*) in the label. You can not add a next date, until you have at least filled these fields.

Fields that are mandatory for the MRV Regulation (EU Monitoring, Reporting, Verification), are marked with a ticker in the respective column "MRV Relevant".

You may save a noon report for later completion or commit it (if your user account has the respective user role).
- A saved noon report is sent with the next synchronisation to the office but its data is only partly validated and not used for reports (e.g. MRV reports).
- A noon report that is committed is fully validated and sent with the next synchronisation to the office.
- As soon as a new date is added, the last date is considered as "committed", even if the Commit-button was not clicked (or is not available due to lack of the user role).

You may delete a noon report as long as it is not committed (the column header is marked yellow unit a noon report is committed).

If you want to browse in the historic records you can use the date picker to set the starting pointball_D_t. From there you see all records one month back in one view.
