Documents must/can be specified by a rich collection of describing details/information and handling settings, e.g. revision, issue and expiry date and synchronisation type.

Documents can be managed centrally as well as from various locations throughout MESPAS TSM, e.g. procurement and planned maintenance.

Documents can be global (identical for all MESPAS customers) or specific for your company.

The origin of documents (did the office, a vessel or a supplier upload it) is one of the categories that can be searched for at the Document Search.
