1.Go to menu "Maintenance" > "Completed work". 2.Enter search data in the fields above the table and/or browse for a specific product, product category or main category in the left side tree. 3.Click "Search" 4.The list of completed work displays jobs and tasks. The column "Type" indicates, whether it was a job or task . Depending on the type, you may now:
Job:
- View job details and used parts by clicking "Details".
- View/download/add/assign/edit/remove a job's documents (e.g. photos) by clicking "Documents".
- View the parts that where used for the overhaul by clicking "Used parts".
- View the job card which was saved for documenting this job by clicking "Show job card".
- View form(s) that was saved along with this job by clicking "Show form".
- View the state variables (i.e. running hours)
Task:
- View task details by clicking "Details".
- View/download/add/assign/edit/remove a task's document by clicking "Documents".
- View the parts that where used for the overhaul by clicking "Used parts".
- View form(s) that was saved along with this task by clicking "Show form".
- View comments by clicking "Add / view comments".
I M P O R T A N T
This list shows the situation on board the vessels at the time of the last corresponding synchronisation. Vessels must synchronize regularly and frequently in order to keep this information accurate and consistent with what the vessels see.
