Activity

Activity (if other)

These titles are predefined.

If you cannot find a title which suits your preferences or needs, please enter the title into the field "Activity (if other)".

Start value

The start value specifies how many running hours or days, weeks, months or years after the vessel's commissioning date the maintenance activity must be carried out for the first time.

First due date = vessel commissioning date + start value

Interval

Alarm value*

The alarm value specifies how many days, weeks, months or years before an overhaul a maintenance activity should become the state "upcoming" (yellow). For a description of the due states please see Jobs to do.

Fixed due date mode

A fix due date (e.g. first day of Month or every Tuesday) is used instead of an interval based on running hours or calender time. If this option is selected, time or running hour intervals are not utilised.

Set the ticker at "Fixed due date mode". To set a fixed date you have to enter a cron expression. To generate and copy a valid cron expression follow the link below the "Fixed due date mode" field". There you may choose from a variety of date settings. Copy the cron expression (e.g. "0 0 0 1 * ? *" = first day of month) and paste it into the respective field. You may check the expression and view the upcoming due dates with a click on "Show next due dates".
