6.To add a new port of call, select the country from drop down menu.
7.Select the port from drop down menu.
8.Enter the expected date and time of arrival (ETA). Use the local time at the port of call. •You can enter the date in format dd.mm.yyyy or use the calendar icon. •Enter the time in format hh:mm.
7.Enter the expected date and time of departure (ETD) using the same formats as above. Use the local time at the port of call.
8.When you effectively left the port, mark the ETD as "Completed" by setting the relevant ticker. All port stays that are not set as completed are available at the office when a port for the delivery of goods is selected in the Order tracking module.
9.You may enter Charterer agent infos, Owner agent infos or a general remark.
10.You may press the Ctrl key to select several lines or the Shift key to select a row of lines, copy them with Ctrl key + C and paste them for further use to Excel with Ctrl key + V.
11.Ports entered in Ship schedule are displayed on the time line in Job Planning. So you may easily schedule maintenance jobs that need to be done in the port. |
