It may happen that some settings in your network are not correct configured and the MESPAS software client can not connect to the MESPAS Cube. If this is the case, the below error message is shown:

1.Click on the blue link "Advanced troubleshooting". |

2.Follow the instructions on the screen or given by you network administrator or MESPAS Support. |
