Create a report

ReportingTaskList

1.In any module/list which offers reporting select the list items/entries which you want to be included in the report.
 
Note:
If you want to include selected items/entries in a list, select/deselect them by mouse-click while holding down Ctrl.
 
If you want to include all items/entries in a list, make sure you have at least one item/entry selected and click Ctrl+A.
 

2.Click the report icon reportIcon ball_A_t.
 
Note:
Depending on the module/list, there may be a drop-down offering several report types for that module/list.
 

3.The report will be presented as a PDF file, which you may send by email, print or save locally.

warning

After editing list items/entries, make sure you reload the list by

clicking Search or

clicking the corresponding menu icon

again before creating a report. Otherwise your changes will not be included in the report!
