Roles and use cases in office

Top  Previous  Next

Some of the below roles depend on others. These so called "parent roles" must be assigned to a user for logical reasons if he has got the respective "child role". A user that is e.g. assigned to the role Superintendent (child) to approve purchase requests has also to be assigned to role Procurement (parent), as he otherwise could not access the PR's that he has to approve. Removing the parent role without removing all of the child roles has therefore no consequences.
