Ship schedule

In the Ship schedule the crew on board the vessel enters the port of call, the expected time of arrival and departure and infos about the agents at the port of call. This data is transferred to the office and used in the Job Planning Screen on the vessel and for the Order tracking in the Procurement Screen in the office.

You company may also decide to use "port based ship schedule" in the Procurement Presetting. In this case the port stays for use in the procurement module are entered in the office.

1.Go to menu "Operations > Ship schedule"

2.Select a vessel from drop down menu.ball_A_t

 

3.You may select a time frame to filter for how far back in time you like to display entries. Use the drop down menu "Entries since".ball_B_t
 

4.The Time of Arrival and Time of Departure are given as local time at the respective port. The timezone is given in brackets between date and time.

 

5.The ticker in column "Completed" indicates if the vessel has already left the port or if the expected time of departure (EDT) is just a planned date.
 

6.You may press the Ctrl key to select several lines or the Shift key to select a row of lines, copy them with Ctrl key + C and paste them for further use to Excel with Ctrl key + V.

 

7.Ports entered in Ship schedule are displayed in the Order tracking. You may use this data to manage the delivery, forwarding etc. of your supplies.
 

8.The last row "Location= On Board" refers to the planned delivery until an effective delivery is confirmed (then it refers to the effective delivery).
