Reference numbers

Any procurement case in MESPAS TSM Cyprus is identified by a reference number. The reference number is composed of the following elements:

Note: above number denotes the 12th order based on the 3rd RFQ for  procurement case number 17.

Each vessel has two independent counters:

•one counter for cases started on the vessel (V)

•one counter for cases started in office (O)

In case of a direct order - without RFQ - the RFQ index is replaced by a ~ sign.

You can set the "Vessel-specific identifier" in IDM section: Manage installation details.
