Enter running hours in the products list

1.Go to menu "Maintenance" > "Running hours".

2.Click "Add Date" ball_A_t, select new running hours acquisition date and click "Save".

3.Enter running hours as new "Total".

4.Click "Save" .

Attention:
You cannot enter running hours for a date that already has running hours recorded!

Sorting the product list

By selecting one product, you can move it up/down clip0036clip0039 or directly to the top/bottom clip0043 clip0042 of the list. ball_B_t

The sort buttons are deactivated when hidden products are not displayed (see below). To activate it click on "Show / hide hidden".

 

Best Practice

Printing the product list:

When collecting running hours from the machinery on your vessel, you may want to use a collection sheet. For this, you can order products according to your tour setup. Then, press Ctrl+A and print the Running hours Report to write the RH down.

Hide products without running hour counter

The running hour counter is activated in the office for your vessel on product types (e.g. Taiko Kikai MST-165T) but not on products (e.g. L.O. Pump). If you have different pumps of the same type and not all of them  have a running hour counter, you may hide them. Just set the ticker in the column "Hidden"ball_C_t.  To show the hidden products and remove the ticker click on ShowHideHidden ball_D_t.

Hidden products are not shown on the running hour reports.

Enter running hours for an individual product

 

1.Select the product in the list and click statevariables_button ball_E_t.

2.Follow the instructions about adding, editing or deleting state variable values.

Import running hours on products from .xml file
