Once you receive goods on board it is recommended to rate the delivery of the goods in terms of various criterion.
1.Select an order records in the "Orders" list view and click on "Details". 2.go to section "Rating" |
3.click on the stars to rate the specific criteria. 4.In case you have as less as one or two stars rating a remark is required. to enter in the red marked text field |

The evaluation rating system is based on the five-star concept. While five stars is the best rating, one star is the lowest rating possible. Your ratings are synchronized to the office version and will be used for reporting reasons and evaluation of the orders and of the suppliers performance. |
