1.Open Jobs to do and load jobs-to-do as required. 2.Select a job. 3.Click on "Dossier" at the bottom of the screen. 4.Select the documents to be included in the dossier:
•The cover page is always included. It provides the most important information about the activity and the respective equipment and an index of the following pages. •New job card: The empty job card as it has to be filled to execute the job. You may fill in the data by hand in order to type it later into MESPAS TSM. •Number of recorded Job cards: Enter the amount of former filled job cards to this maintenance activity and machinery to be included. Enter 1 to get the latest filled job card, enter 2 to get the two latest cards and so on. •Work Instructions: Provides all documents of the category "Work instruction" that are assigned to the respective maintenance activity. •Clearance Table: Provides all documents of the category "Clearance table" that are assigned to the respective maintenance activity. •Other Documents Linked to PMS Setting: Provides all other documents that do not belong to the two above categories but that are assigned to the respective maintenance activity. •Parts Required for Overhaul: Provides a list of spare parts that are defined by office to be likely used including their actual amount on stock (ROB) and leaves space to enter other parts used. •History Report: Provides a list of all jobs that were carried out on the respective PMS activity and equipment including the spare parts used for it. •Linked Documents to Overhaul(s): Provides all documents that were attached to previous overhauls on this activity and equipment.
