You may create a Purchase Request belonging to a task directly from the Tasks.

1.Go to menu "QHSE" > "Tasks". 2.Select a task. 3.Click "Create PR"
4.If a product is selected in the task (instead of an operating system), the PR dialogue starts from the respective product. Otherwise select any level in the data tree (from company to product type) and refine your search in the search form. Click on "Search". 5.Select the parts from the list you want to create a PR for. 4.Click on "Create PR".
5.The PR process can be completed as described under the section "Procurement" - Start new PR on vessel |
If an order is generated based on the PR, the order reference is written in the task comment. With a click on the reference, the corresponding PR / Order is shown.
