•Form management in MESPAS TSM means that you fill in form templates and save the form under a specific description. •Form templates are managed (add, update, delete, edit details/information about form templates) through the document management system in the office version of MESPAS TSM. The assigned document type is "form template". See Manage Documents. •Form templates are filled in and temporarily or finally saved in the form manager. •Temporarily saved forms may be re-edited or deleted. •Finally saved forms can only be viewed, but cannot be re-edited or deleted on the vessel anymore. Editing in office is always possible and will be logged. •When a form is saved the last revision date from the form template in DMS is saved on the form. •All filled in forms (temporarily and finally saved) are synchronised between vessels and the office. •Filled forms can be attached to an overhaul in Job history. |
