5.If the job has to be executed for any reason but not because it is due, you may tick "Unplanned job". 6.Click "OK". This will open the MESPAS PDF Reader displaying the corresponding job card for this activity. 7.Fill in maintenance card. Blue fields are mandatory.
8.Now you have 2 options:
Click "Temporary Save"

|
or
|
click "Final Save"

|
•Form data is saved and can be edited again, but the job is not completed. •SLO remains unchanged. |
|
•Form data is saved and CANNOT be edited anymore, job is completed. |
9.Close MESPAS PDF Reader.
10.Depending on the date and running hours you entered, a new due date will be calculated and the job will change its color as follows:
If the latest execution + Interval (interval between activities in Years, Months, Days or Running hours) is earlier than today (actual date), the job stays red.
If the latest execution + Interval is later than today but within the alarm value, the job becomes yellow.
If the latest execution + Interval is later than today and outside the alarm value, the job becomes green.
Here's a formal presentation:
if (last Execution + Interval) < (today) → job stays red
if (last Execution + Interval) > (today + Alarm Value) → job green
if (last Execution + Interval) > (today) > (last Execution + Interval - Alarm Value) → job yellow

|
Before executing a maintenance activity print a dossier that gives you all relevant information about the job and take it with you.
