Procurement / Marketplace
Catalogues: suppliers upload their products and pricing directly in their MESPAS account. These catalogues are now visible for purchasers.
Forwarder integration: orders can be automatically exported to logistics providers via an XML interface. Forwarders can also receive notification emails whenever an order is placed.
New procurement approval workflows: for multi-level approvals, approval ranges are introduced. Upper and lower limits can be defined. Additionally, an optional review step can be activated: before the existing approval process begins, orders may be assigned to a user group for review according to the four-eyes principle.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
OCIMF report import: inspections view supports importing the official OCIMF export file, allowing to manage inspection findings in the system and to control their resolution.
Spare parts in tasks: it is now possible to define planned and used parts directly within QHSE task lists.
Circulars: users can access company circulars directly with a single click within the QHSE module.
MESPAS updates are automated – the new version Cyprus has been deployed within three hours to all MESPAS Office users. Within just a few days all software versions of hundreds of ships have been updated.
